RETURNS
We hope you love your GYMTUNED pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
To start a return, simply email us at info@gymtuned.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation — they will not be accepted.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a one-time size exchange within the same 14-day window.
You cover the cost of sending the original item back — we’ll ship the new size to you free of charge.
The item must meet all return conditions to qualify for an exchange.
RETURN SHIPPING
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their side.
